Leadership can turn into pressure. Communication can become exhausting. Systematic thinking can slow down decisions. The problem is not that there are too few competencies.

The problem is that, in real work, they do not always reinforce one another. Sometimes they come into conflict.

And then it becomes important to look not only at strengths, but also at the places where things become difficult: where inner tension grows, where a familiar way of acting stops helping, where the cost of effort becomes too high.
